Rose Hill Stables

Rose Hill Stables, LLC established in 1995, is an Eventing Stable, providing High Quality Boarding and Training, owned and operated by Felicia and Jeff Abbott. We have a wonderful facility designed specifically for the 'lower' level eventer, with a lighted all-weather crushed stone/sand ring and huge lighted jump field, 2 dressage rings and acres and acres of land to hack on. We are currently constructing a cross country field with obstacles for the beginner up to novice/training levels. We now have a 100x140 covered arena with 60x140 available for riding, great for our hot summer days or when we get rain!! Always able to ride!!

* Lexi is a stunning filly just waiting for her time to shine. She is a Trakehner/ Welsh grey 2 year old (DOB 4/23/07) filly.

She has stunning movement and is very well put together. Everyone always comments on how lovely she is when they see her in the pasture playing around. She will be a great prospect for dressage, hunters and eventing. I cannot wait to see this one grow up and get started undersaddle. Buy her now while she is cheap! No vices, sound and UTD on everything.

*Sunny is a drop dead gorgeous FLASHY filly. She is a Trakehner/ TB chestnut 2 year old (DOB 6/7/07) filly.

She is a lovely floating mover that will take your breathe away. She is the most beautiful color of red, flaxen mane and tail with 3 white socks! She has hunter written all over her. She will be one to beat when she enters the show ring. No vices, sound and UTD on everything.

* Spot is a dear little horse that has been given a second chance. He is a 14.2 hand 6 year old Tobiano paint pony gelding... might have some gaited "something" in there too!

He is brave little guy that needs a patient rider to be quiet in the saddle and kind with their hands. We think he has had a rough past but has made leaps and bounds being treated with kindness. He really tries to please and is a fun little horse to be around. We have taken him to cross country schoolings and a jumper show with ribbons in hand and great mileage to boot. He jumped around everything with style! He will make a fun pony jumper or even a playday pony for some eager kid, but not a beginner please.

* Bentley is too cute for words! He is a 15.3 hand registered AQHA sorrel 3 year old gelding.

He is dead broke... yes dead broke at 3 years old! He comes from a western pleasure barn that has produced several born quiet and easy going horses for me to turn into excellent english horses for beginners. Several references available! He is a very quick learner. He has nice movement and a total breeze to ride. He has just recently started over small fences with much success. He loves this stuff! He is going to make a great kids horse or even adult beginners horse...my husband has even walk trot cantered this one! :-) Bentley is easy to get on the bit, knows his leads and will start on flying changes soon. He is 100 % sound and healthy as well as an easy keeper. Gets along great with all the other horses and has no vices. Don't miss out on this great prospect.

* Otis has talent to spare! He is a 17.0 hand Dutch Warmblood/ Canadian TB cross 6 years old grey gelding

He is a lovely mover and would excel in hunters, jumpers, dressage or eventing. He has schooled up to 4' at home and shown successfully at 3' a few years ago. He has been in light work for the last year only due to lack of time with current owner hence why he is for sale. He is just too nice to sit around! We are currently legging him back up to daily workouts and jumping. He is 100% sound and healthy in everyway. No vices and a pleasure to be around on the ground. Reasonable offers will be considered to the right home. This is a special horse!
