Just a few new and old rates I would like to notify all of you about:

 

New Rates effective October 2010:

 

Lessons ( boarders and haul-ins)   effective March 2011

Private Lesson:

    Individual Rate $60.00 / hr
    4 lesson package to be used in 2 month span: $55.00/lesson, $220.00 package
    8 lesson package to be used in 2 month span: $40.00/lesson, $320.00 package
 

 

Haul-ins rates:

Haul-in indoor arena use: $15/horse  ***please note, Rose Hill Stable's boarders have priority over indoor.  Advance notice must be given to come and ride please.

Haul-in full facility use: $35/horse

 

Coaching fees:

off-site cross country schooling days:  $35/rider

off site horse shows:  $50/ day plus portion of gas, lodging  and meals.

 

Boarding rates:

****  Rose Hill Stables is no longer offering outside boarding  ****

 

Stall board:  $575

Pasture board:  $475

RV Hook-up $50/weekend  (2 available)

**** ATTENTION ****  Rose Hill Stables is offering Monthly Memberships to outside riders.  Our indoor arena lights are fantastic, and with the time change upcoming, we have a place to ride at anytime of the day!!!  This will be a month-to-month basis, so no pressure to keep going if not needed.    Please email for more information or to sign up!!!

Membership Fees: (per month)

           * Individual Rider/Horse Combo:  $100.00

           * Individual Rider/ 2 Horses: $125.00

           * Individual Rider/ 3 Horses: $150.00

Membership includes all of Rose Hill's facility when available:  Indoor with lights, Outdoor arena with lights, Outdoor jump field/Dressage Arena with lights, and XC field.

 

*** There will be a $25.00 returned check fee on each check ***

 

***Just a few notes regarding the facility.***

 

*Please make sure indoor arena gates remain closed at all times.

 

*If the Outdoor ring is wet and /or the gate is tied shut... please do not use.  It will tear holes in the base and it is extremely difficult to fix.  Deep spots will occur which can be dangerous.  If in doubt, please ask us before using.

 

* No lunging in the granite arena.  Please use round pen, indoor or grass pasture..

 

*Please secure arena stalls with halters from this point further.  We have had a few escapees due to gates not being properly shut.

 

*Please close screen door near grooming stalls if you are the last to leave.

 

* If you use the arena lights, when done, please neatly place extension cords back into arena corner so the 800 dogs that we have do not chew on them.

 

*Please clean up any and all manure, hoof pickings, etc from grooming stalls as the mess occurs as to not leave a mess for anyone else to have to pick up when you are gone or while you are riding.

 

*Please hang your halters up on 4 prong hooks while riding> instead of leaving them attached to the cross ties.  This frees them up for the next person to use.  Halters on the ground are a safety hazard as well.
